Dave Knudson, Gravity Capital. I wanted to give you a few reasons why you may want to become a Gravity Broker. We have provided this program as a way for you to get into this business if you are interested, and for you to potentially bring us loans, which is what we ultimately want to do. We started a program in which we can teach you how to be a loan broker. I wanted to tell you a little bit about the information that we’ll provide for you. This may not be completely professional type program, but I’ll give you all the information to get you started if you want to jump into it. 

First of all, we have manuals that talk about the terminology, the jargon, the language that you need to be a long broker. And there’s not too much involved with that, so we can send you those, you can get those.

Second of all, we’ll walk you through a lot of the loans that we do. We’ll have videos online, you can just look at these videos and see each one of the loans. What I’m looking for, what we are trying to determine in making a loan, what kind of rate we can charge, all those kind of things. You can see that right online, you can look at the videos and manuals.

Third, it’s very profitable to become a loan broker and you don’t need to put out a lot of money to do it. So, it’s profitable, and I can walk you through each one of the loans you’re working on and help you to do that or get on the phone with you, we’ll talk to people who may be interested in borrowing money, we can walk you through all of that.  It’s very fun to be a loan broker, there’s nothing better like coming to work every day looking at a new opportunity to make money, to make very profitable money. Keep in mind this is a way to create an interest return for yourself, ultimately. But when I put out money, I know when a sleep at night that money is still growing. It puts your money to work for you full time.

Fifth, when becoming a loan broker, hopefully the goal for you is to potentially be an investor someday. It’s not very hard to break between being a broker and being an investor. An investor is where you make, in my opinion, most of the money. Because again, your money is growing constantly.
