Gravity Capital Loan Broker Training Education

We provide you the information you need to create income almost instantly. Gravity Capital, among other things, is an alternative lender. You may wonder what an alternative lending company is. In a nutshell, alternative lending does what banks won’t. We are also called hard money lenders, Asset Lenders and other names.

As you may be aware, bank requirements to fund loans are very complicated and cumbersome. Let me list some of the many requirements needed be approved at a bank: Good Credit

  1.  Tax Returns
  2. Good Cash Flow
  3. Cash in the bank
  4. Appraisals.

These are only the tip of the iceberg. We here at Gravity Capital do what banks won’t. We are in the business of lending on real estate values – we are

a bit like pawn shops in that we

lend 50% of the value of the real estate. Obviously, we charge more than banks but we provide investment opportunities to borrowers who could not go to banks. We are very secured with our loans in knowing that if the borrower gets into trouble and cannot pay us back, we usually work with the borrower to sell the property, or if we have to we would foreclose and sell the property.

Let me tell you about some of our loans brokers:

Mark Weber in Salt Lake City has brought us many loans over the years. We would call him one of our premier loan brokers. Mark’s specialty is working with borrowers that need money quickly. Let me tell you about one of Mark’s loans. Mark ran into a borrower that needed a loan secured by a coffee farm in Hawaii. As a result, Mark presented us with several things:

  1. The borrowers name
  2. The address of the Coffee farm in Kone Hawaii
  3. The borrowers phone number

Once I received the information, I flew to Hawaii, looked at the property, checked out values and funded a $1,150,000.00 loan. Mark walked away with $10,000.00 – simply from just calling us.

Mark also provided us another loan on a strip mall in Michigan where he walked away with $45,000.00 – again just for calling me.

Gene Parish, another loan broker, referred to us a loan on some property in Park City. He walked away from the title company with a $17,400.00.
