What documents do we need from you to start?

• 1003 Loan Application
• Use of Funds
• Any prior appraisals (Only if available)

After signing the LOI

• LLC/Corporation organization documents
• 3-year tax return (LLC & Personal)
• Profit & Loss for LLC
• Financial Statements (LLC & Personal)
• Credit report of borrower(s)
• Proof of Fire insurance (all properties)
• Title Commitment
