Dave Knudson Gravity Capital. Today we are going to be talking about one thing: your goal. What is the goal when I talk to you about our program? So, Gravity Capital basically is a hard money lender as you know. Our main goal is to lend the money and that what we’re always here for. We’re finding that there’s a lot of loan brokers that come in and want to learn about how to be a loan broker, they’re finding us more deal more loans. And they’re also able themselves to make some money on these loans. But what I want you to be thinking about as a loan broker, if you want to become a loan broker for us, which is easy to do, just call me we’ll tell you about it. Again, there’s no fee at all at this point. So the goal is first of all for you to become a broker, making money, on just finding us loans.

All I want to do is if you’re in different parts of the country, we do loans all over the country. So, wherever you are we can show you a little bit how and who to look for,  to talk to, to go to, what you need to do to just find us some of these loans. And again, it’s a lot easier for you in your respective areas to find these loans and for us to advertise all over the country. So as a broker, we’re hoping you make money on loans. And again, that’s easy to do. We have hundreds of brokers who we are talking to all the time, and happy to show you how to do that.

But, the ultimate goal for you when you learn this business and that’s how we’re trying to teach you how to do, the ultimate goal is for you to become a lender. Again, you yourself want to be creating an interest creative income from lending money. If that’s what you want to do, that’s what we do, and that’s what we did show you how to do. So again you can make money on loans, you can leave some of your money in the loans if you want to. You can do your own loan, we can show you how to do that as well. So you’re not even doing that for us, we can show you how to do that as well. You can do all of the above through gravity. So in this program, I want to teach you how to be a lender, we will have everything you need to do it, it will have documents, attorneys, we give you some title information, all kinds of stuff. We want you to make sure that you’re aware that, what you’re trying to do is just yourself just trying to get to a place where you have enough money to lend it out, and it goes quickly, it goes quite fast.
