What is Gravity Capital, you may say? We are a Secured Lending Company, we make loans, we make loans secured by Real Estate at 50% of their value. So, if somebody has a half million dollar piece of property, we may consider lending $250,000 dollars on it, and up if it’s a million dollars of course a half million dollars. We’ve been in business for about 10 years. I myself have been lending secured by real estate for pretty much 30 years, most of my life.
Our goal in our interest rate is usually 18% interest. We charge 10 points, sometimes we’ll come off of that a little bit, when there’s a little more security there. But our goal is a 18% interest, 10 points, giving us a typical annual yield of 28% interest.
This video has been designed for a couple of groups of people, and these are people who come to me and ask what we do and if they can become involved.
One is a broker or a potential broker. We have many Real Estate brokers, not real estate, but loan brokers come to us and bring us opportunities to lend money. So if you are a broker or want to be a new broker for us, call us we would be happy to talk to you about it. We are preparing right now a program to teach you how to become a broker if you would like.
Basically for a broker you want to get short term income. You’re trying to make money quickly. To do that you just need to develop a network of usually bankers, bankers who have loans come to them that they’re not able to do. And ultimately, if you’re a wannabe broker or a broker, I hope your goal is to ultimately become an investor. Because as an investor is where you really start to get the returns of being inside this business.
This is also geared to investors, investors who would like to become involved with lending secured by real estate. Maybe through us, maybe on their own. If you’re an investor who would like to learn how to do this, I’d be happy to tell you most of the things you would like to learn. If you are an investor and would like to learn how to become involved with this, I’d be happy to teach everything we know about this.
You can actually be our competitor if you want to. So for an investor as you would imagine, you are trying to create long term income. To do this you’re doing the exact same thing as the broker. You develop a network with brokers, asking them to feed you some of their information, some of their loans.
Long term goal on this of course is to become financially independent, so you could be lending your own money, secured by real estate, with normally high returns. That’s the goal for you. Just to give you a little bit of a goal here, if you’re investing 100,000 dollars, you let that out at 18% annually, annual percentage rate. In ten years this could have gone to $523,000 in 10 years. That’s what we try to do.
